[Jackanapes, Chapter 2]

Pretty Good

The drawings and animation are pretty good. The storyline was alright as well.

My only real complain, I guess is that even though you draw very well, your style of using a lot of black makes things blend in together a bit too much. Maybe using lines instead of the brush would fix that up. Or instead of using black on everyone and everything, if you used different shades of gray.

But, anyway, I did like this. It was entertaining and a good watch.

Good Practice

It wasn't all that great to watch, but this is good practice for an animator. Maybe use this to make something more entertaining?

The animation was pretty good. It was short, but so is the song.

Not bad...

Definitely could have been better.

Even without backgrounds (which you SHOULD have made) you could have had some light BG music and at least used some sound FX. You can get tons of free SFX at sounddogs.com. I use that place and it's great, but there are also lots of other places you could use.

Some decent FBF in here, though.

This was a cheap-looking movie. THe white flas hyou used could have at least been made better.

You also didn't use the whole song and that song is REALLY short.

Could have been a lot better, sorry.

A Quick Laugh

Not bad. It wasn't in sync too great, though as the sounds generally happened before the action took place. Possibly because you didn't use stream?

Anyway, the drawing were alright. A bit messy, though.

This was an important PSA, though. I don't get the "furry" craze.

Yeah, I had trouble getting the thing to synch, and all sounds are set to stream to the timeline. It would do just fine in the program, but once exported it gets out of whack. Changed it to get rid of separate scenes (the synch was much much worse when separate scenes were used) but there still seems to be a few issues going on. My experience is limited in some ways, otherwise I'd probably know a fix/workaround for that stupid bug. Might also have something to do with the soundtrack being made up from more than one sound clip? ("Advisory", Intro bit, and main flick all had different .wav files)

As for the PSA being important? Not really, it's actually a bit of the joke. In case you didn't notice, the character saying "fur is bad" was furry. His argument kinda fell apart... (literally?) Then the rest is just ridiculous to work with the cartoonish nature of the soundtrack. I don't think the guy character really knew what he was in for.

Well, I DON'T CARE how big the files are, these are funny!

I can't believe Mrs Clause gave birth to a demon robot baby. She's such a slut!

As for the animation it was pretty smooth and well done. When you start using Flash it will only improve, so I'm looking forward to it.

Cool ANimation

I have ultimate respect for people that can draw. I suck at drawing now. I was great when I was a kid.

Thanks to Flash I can have straight lines now... lol.

ANYWAY!!! I like the animation. It wasn't really slow like you said, but it would have benefited from some music overlayed onto it.

Something like this must take quite some time as you have to redraw everything and it looked great.

Funny

Man, I hate when my dad dies...

This was a funny movie. A bit short.

Hopefully once you get into Flash a bit you can get the filesize down, but with a fast connection this loads quickly anyway. It was worth the watch, so well done, man!

This was short and sweet. Odly enough, this is the second Suzie I've seen in a movie today. The last one was the kill-ER, though...

That muffin was also obviously sinister. You could tell by the look on his face. She should have known better.

Basically, the bitch got what she deserved. >=)
