[Escape from the Death Egg]

Nice, man

You did such a good job animating the sprites I thought you stole the video for a bit there. Good job on that.

My gripe is that the still parts where you showed Tails taking off in the plane (the white screens) were a huge lull in th emovie and I almost turned it off because I thought it was the end or getting really bad.

Speed that type of thing up or shorten it altogther and it would be much better.

Nice job though. Something to be proud of.

The stills sequence was about the same speed as the one from the end of Sonic 2 (on Megadrive/Genesis). I did think it was a bit slow, but I hoped the WAY PAST COOL music would tide people over until it finished.

Not bad

A Laid back movie with a laid back sound. Some artsy stuff too that I appreciate.

Don't give up on this because it IS good. Not all flashes need to be action-packed and this is a good example of a GOOD flash.

You do need to get a little more detailed in your lip-sinqing. Like for "E" sounds make it smile a little bit instead of a round mouth.

Good flash, good job.

Better than 13

This is better than 13, but it still lacks.

Honestly your drawing and animation of eyes and expression is VERY good. I'd really like to see you do more of that than pointless violence that just doesn't makes sense.

The graphics are outstanding. This seriously must take forever to make.

The city at war is a really great way to make for a lot of violence, but the way you do the violence is top-notch.

This is very well-done and I look forward to more in the future.

A Gem

Truly excellent stuff here. Not nearly enough things like this on New Grounds.

My only gripe is it was too short and ended too suddenly, but that doesn't keep away the big '10' just because it's such a cool piece.

Not Quite

I like some stuff a lot with these, but the action is not usually so great. The story also jumps around too much making it difficult to follow it.

I do really, really like your background graphics though. The background animation is excellent and sometimes beautiful. The action just kills it.

I also don't like how on Marcus' face in another film he looked mad. This also ahppened again here with the girl. I don't really like the 'mad' face as it seems totally off-kilter.

I hope later installments don't seem so lost.

[Situation 0: Halloween]

You Tried...

but unfortunately you failed. Basically, you made a flash and didn't use flash. I mean, there was no animation except for a leaf that floats by.

I was looking forward to a good Haloween flash and I got this which (unfortunately) was a bad video with no animation and some bad poetry to a bad song.

If you're learning flash, that's one thing, but this really didn't have anything to bring to Newgrounds because it was not imaginative or anything new to look at.

Good luck on your next try though. I have a feeling this is getting blammed into oblivion though... :(
