[Metal Gear Quiz]

Meh... was ok

The setup was alright, but the buttons weren't too good. You need to have the hit area be the whole word area, not just the letters themselves. I know that other box was there, but if you're going to make the letters hittable, make the area hittable.

Also, having to start over after every wrong answer is pretty annoying.

This game is awesome. Hard as hell, but awesome.

I pretty much like everything about it except you don't have instruction as far as I could see. The game started with him running and I didn't know what to do the first time as nothing was there. Waiting the second time, I saw the arrows as such that I needed to jam to.

Very cool game, man. Great graphics, funny endings when you die and you kept a cool beat.

[The Pick of Destiny]

This is a Great Game

I loved this game. I played the story line and thus far I've got the #1 score at over 35,000. I'm sure that won't last long, though... hehe

Anyway, I like the storyline, it made the game a lot more fun. When I beat it and went to the key stage, I found the key stage extremely easy. The secret, though, was not very good. It was just you typing out a few things. A good secret unlock would have been great, like a short animation about the Pick of Destiny or something.

But, the replayability of this game is there. It's a lot of fun.

This was well done!

I liked this. You did a good job.

It was funny when you zoomed in on the "i" in Macromedia that you showed amoeabas because it was so small. hehe.

Anyway, I clicked the dot in my Flash 8, but it all turns white. Not sure what to do or if that's even normal.

Cool tutorial, though!

about the "white thing": Keep trying, In my case sometimes don´t work very well. But if all turn white definitely somethings happens, and that is good, at least you dont think that im a liar =D

[Galaxy Defender V 2]

Solid but could be great

I like the song you picked. It wasn't annoying and looped VERY well.

If you added some sound FX and made better explosions I think this would do very well.

As it is, it's a great start and you can learn a lot from it and build from here.

Thanks, the reason the song loops well is that i edited the end and made it fade and stuff. Sound FX are on my list of things to do as well.

[DS Christmas Quiz]

Nice Quiz

I liked this quiz quite a bit. The music was quite good and the questions were pretty well-thought out. I still don't get how the 1st day of Christmas is the 26th. the day AFTER Christmas Day, but whatever.

I will say that you need to loop the music. It stops if you play too long and I was left there with nothing ot listen to. =(

Great job overall. I like the way you did the buttons, intros to the levels, had extra information and threw in jokes for wrong answers.

I am told it has something to do with an very old tradition that means the day ends at sunset; Jesus born at night; 25th is the first NIGHT; Jan 5th is the 12th NIGHT Jan 6th is the 12th DAY of Xmas. whatever!
Yes I DO need to loop the music. For some reason the sound wouldn't work so I got help from my DS colleagues, who put the music in a piece of AS and I couldnt make it loop. I need to find out why in htis quiz the sound stopped at stops when it doesn't in my other quizzes. I also need to learn to make sound off buttons, I have asked others for them often enough in my 700 reviews!

[Triforce Keep Up]

Very Cool

I like the game, man. Very fun indeed. Kind of addictive, too.

The graphics have a nice feel and you keep it consistent throughout. The sound is a perfect fit as well and it's an overall very well-made game.

Maybe add some sort of power-up timer? It would be nice to know how long I'll be super fast or slown down because when slow down wears off and all of a sudde I speed past the Triforce... urg. hehehe.

Neat Idea

This is definitely a neat idea you've got here. It makes you think and you just can't go smashing thru a maze, you have to think before you move.

I was having control issues, though. The movement was funky. It would go 2 squares sometimes if I tapped the arrow and sometimes it wouldn't move at all.

Very cool idea, though. keep working at it and improving.

Cool, but...

It's a neat game. The music is good, but very repetative and gets annoying kind of fast.

An odd thing happened to me on my second try. When it loaded up, the character, turned upside-down and was standing on the bottom of the top rope. It only happened once, though, but I thought it was kind of funny.
