This Guy...

His 15 minutes of fame lasted too long. It's good to see you put him out of his misery.

I don't know how you made him disappear from screen so well, but that was awesome. The blood could use work, though.

Overall, definitely worth the watch.

Gad you liked it. Yea it's insane how much attention this guy got on talk shows and such.

The dissipater job i did by cutting him out in photoshop and creating the background in place of him. Then i tweened the cutout out of the picture. Thanks for the tip on the blood, next time it'll look over some madness videos for tips. Thanks for watching.

Good.

It was good at first, but it was basically a long lip sync test. What I mean by that is there wasn't a lot going on. It was the Tankman being lip sync'd, Pico and Pico's legs walking. The BG changed, but looped.

With a critical eye I see that you need to practice your lip syncing. I saw a lot of, maybe not so much mistakes, but misses. You were using the (V,F) mouth for too many things. Like, you used it for (M) and (B) because you didn't make an (M) or (B).

You need to make the following mouths for all your lip syncing:
F,V
ahhh
A
eh
E
zzz (this one you had and were using for E)
M (flat mouth)
p (flat, short mouth)
SS (you can usually get away using E or zzz for this one, depending on your character)
Oh, oo

Once you get your arsenal it actually makes lip syncing easier.

Nice Music

There wasn't a ton to watch since it repeated a lot, but it went really well with the music. The graphics were pretty good and the animation was pretty good as well.

Unfortunately as soon as I was getting into it, it was over. =(

Definitely Odd

Peyote Jesus. Wow. So this is what being on Peyote is like, I guess?

This Flash was definitely whacked-out, but I do feel you used too much white background. Your actual backgrounds were great. Using the white less would have been more effective.

Also, the beginning was good, but that whole middle was dragged out too much.

The voice was ok, but the recording was odd.

not exactly, peyote involves a lot more vomitting and unabashed weeping
we ran the narration through a couple of effects on guitar rig hence the other roomly quality

Well, your animation is alright, though there was not much to animate.

What gets me is the joke. It was pretty bad. Like, if this came to my mind I definitely wouldn't put it into a Flash, yikes.

I'd say instead of pushing to think of something to make a Flash about, write something down that comes to you out of the blue, then make THAT into a Flash. It'll be better.

Good Practice

It wasn't all that great to watch, but this is good practice for an animator. Maybe use this to make something more entertaining?

A Quick Laugh

Not bad. It wasn't in sync too great, though as the sounds generally happened before the action took place. Possibly because you didn't use stream?

Anyway, the drawing were alright. A bit messy, though.

This was an important PSA, though. I don't get the "furry" craze.

Yeah, I had trouble getting the thing to synch, and all sounds are set to stream to the timeline. It would do just fine in the program, but once exported it gets out of whack. Changed it to get rid of separate scenes (the synch was much much worse when separate scenes were used) but there still seems to be a few issues going on. My experience is limited in some ways, otherwise I'd probably know a fix/workaround for that stupid bug. Might also have something to do with the soundtrack being made up from more than one sound clip? ("Advisory", Intro bit, and main flick all had different .wav files)

As for the PSA being important? Not really, it's actually a bit of the joke. In case you didn't notice, the character saying "fur is bad" was furry. His argument kinda fell apart... (literally?) Then the rest is just ridiculous to work with the cartoonish nature of the soundtrack. I don't think the guy character really knew what he was in for.

I have ultimate respect for people that can draw. I suck at drawing now. I was great when I was a kid.

Thanks to Flash I can have straight lines now... lol.

ANYWAY!!! I like the animation. It wasn't really slow like you said, but it would have benefited from some music overlayed onto it.

Something like this must take quite some time as you have to redraw everything and it looked great.
